This Movember, take five minutes for your health

Every November, Movember raises awareness of men’s health, from prostate and testicular cancer to mental health. At Orchard Clinic, we’re proud to support it.

Are you over 50? Are you a Black man over 45? Has your father, brother or son had prostate cancer? If you said yes to any of these, your risk may be higher. Early prostate cancer often has no symptoms.

A PSA test is a simple blood test that measures a protein made by the prostate. A raised level isn’t always cancer, but it can be an early sign that something needs checking, and cancer found early is more likely to be cured.
